With a background in economic, IT and the staffing business, Henrik founded GISP Group beginning of 2010, with the purpose to establish a professional recruiter company in the area of IT that really could offer a simple way for companies to source highly qualified IT resources to a fair price.
Henrik´s background from staffing industry (Vice CEO Adecco Denmark) ensures that GISP Group can act local BUT also globally without borders.

As Managing Director MENA at the GISP Group, Amal has a Bachelor degree in Political Sciences from Lebanon, Post Bachelor degree in French from La Sorbonne – France and is fluent in 5 languages. She is a certified Behavioral Trainer, Coach and Mediator with extensive experience in Corporate Recruiting, Sales, Customer Services, Project management, Career Coaching & Training.

As Managing Director Benelux at the GISP Group, Robert has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration & Intelligence. He has worked for over 30 years within the IT industry. Between his different roles as Software Developer, Software Business Analyst and Technical Project manager he has built an extensive experience in all aspects of the IT world from Developing to Project Management and from Sales to IT Consultancy.
